Dr. Nina Hughes is a Global Professional Instructor at Crisis Prevention Institute since January 2015, specializing in training programs related to crisis prevention. In addition to this role, Dr. Hughes has been an AODA Instructor at Milwaukee Area Technical College since December 2010 and also serves as a part-time psychology instructor at both Milwaukee Area Technical College and Alverno College. With over nine years of experience in psychotherapy and clinical substance abuse counseling, Dr. Hughes has worked extensively with adolescents and adults facing substance abuse disorders. Dr. Hughes holds multiple degrees in Clinical Psychology from the Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Alverno College. Active in professional circles, Dr. Hughes is a member of the American Psychological Association.
