Kari Dunham has a diverse background in education and leadership, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Capital West Academy Charter School since May 2018. In addition, Kari holds the position of Global Professional Instructor at Crisis Prevention Institute since December 2016. Previous experiences include roles as Coordinator of Autism Services and Educator Effectiveness Coach at CESA #1 from June 2014 to December 2016, where responsibilities included training, consulting, and coaching, alongside participation in social justice initiatives. From February 2012 to July 2014, Kari was a Specialist at Apple, conducting workshops to enhance technology integration. A long tenure with the School District of Waukesha spanned from July 1981 to June 2014, during which Kari served as a Teacher, Educational Consultant, Diagnostician, and School Principal. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Concordia University and a Bachelor's degree in Special Education from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
