Ricardo Sobral

Ricardo Sobral has extensive experience in sales and management, currently serving as the Country Manager and General Director for Brazil at Crocs since June 2007. Sobral has held various roles within Crocs, including Latam Sales Operations Director and Latam Sales Planning Manager. Prior to joining Crocs, Sobral was the Sales Planning Manager at Puma from 2003 to 2007. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Retail from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração (2009-2010), a Diploma in Marketing from the University of California, Berkeley (2000), and a Bachelor of Business Administration from FGV-SP (1995-1999).
