Aaron Werner

Aaron Werner serves as Deputy General Counsel and Legal Director at Cronos Group since September 2019. Prior experience includes positions as an Associate at Sidley Austin LLP from January 2019 to August 2019 and at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP from September 2012 to January 2019, where Aaron also completed a summer associate position. Additional experience includes an externship at the Chambers of Judge Richard M. Neiter and various internships at the University of Pennsylvania's Office of the Provost, the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education, and Crabel Capital Management. Aaron earned a J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law and a B.A. in History and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
