Lita Locuson

Lita Locuson is an experienced professional in customer onboarding and operations, currently serving as the Head of Customer Onboarding at Crowded since August 2025. Prior to this role, Lita held the position of Partner Operations Manager at ReUp Education and worked at Feathr as a Senior Training and Onboarding Specialist, where Lita also started as a Training and Onboarding Specialist. Lita's previous experience includes roles as an Executive Enrollment Coach and Senior Enrollment Coach at EducationDynamics, as well as Training Manager and Enrollment Coach at Saint Leo University. Lita began the career at IQPC in Delegate Acquisitions and Sponsorship Sales. Lita graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and obtained a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Saint Leo University.
