Shuzo Narita

Shuzo Narita is a seasoned executive with a diverse background in business leadership and development. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at MW, inc since February 2024, Narita also holds directorial positions on the boards of Vivid Garden and Linc'well since April and January 2023, respectively. As Executive Director and Executive Vice President/COO at CrowdWorks, which is recognized as Japan's leading online workplace, Narita has been instrumental since May 2012. Prior experience includes a brief internship at Concur Technologies focusing on product development in 2012, and founding atokore, Inc., where Narita led vision, business development, and finance from April 2011 to March 2012. Additionally, Narita contributed to business development and marketing at astamuse company, ltd. from August 2009 to March 2011. Narita holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Keio University, earned between 2008 and 2013.
