Nikhil Pancholi

Nikhil Pancholi serves as the Associate Director of Information Technology at Crowe, overseeing enterprise architecture strategies to drive modernization and transformation initiatives. Prior to this role, Nikhil was a Director of Service Transformation at PwC, focusing on the evolution of various platforms and services. Nikhil has also held leadership positions at Compass Group USA and U.S. Cellular, where responsibilities included data management and enterprise architecture. Previous experience includes consulting roles at PwC's Diamond Advisory Services, Hewlett-Packard, and various technical positions in the earlier career. Nikhil holds an M.B.A. in Strategy and Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BSEE in Electronics and Communications from Gujarat University.
