Susannah Karls Heitger, PMP, serves as the Public Sector Managing Principal and Industry Leader at Crowe, where notable roles include Principal (Partner) in Public Sector Consulting and Strategy & Management Advisory Leader. Prior experience includes positions such as Diversity Programs Intern in the Employee Services Department for the City of Bloomington, IN, Taekwondo Instructor at Indiana University Bloomington's Dept. of Kinesiology, Property Manager and Development Coordinator at Renaissance Rentals, and Program Intern in the Office of the Mayor for the City of Bloomington, focusing on the Safe & Civil City Program.
