Amir Elias, P.E., PMP® serves as the Manager of Network Utilities, Permitting, & Regulatory for the Central Region at Crown Castle since August 2022, leading a cross-disciplinary team in the deployment of small wireless facilities and fiber while navigating regulatory frameworks. Previously, Amir held roles as Manager of Network Utilities Relations, and Engineering Operations Manager at CBRE for Northwestern Medicine, overseeing significant operational responsibilities. Experience includes positions at ComEd, where Amir advanced from Project Manager to Senior Distribution Design & QA/QC Engineer, showcasing expertise in engineering design, project management, and regulatory compliance. Amir possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago, attained in 2016.
