Kathy Putt

Kathy Putt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in external affairs and project management. Currently serving as the External Affairs Manager at Crown Castle since January 2019, Kathy previously held the position of Project/Program Manager at King County, WA, where responsibilities included developing public rules for utility compensation and managing a utility franchise program. Prior to that, a significant tenure as Director of Franchising and Government Affairs at Comcast Cable involved crafting government affairs strategies and overseeing franchise renewals across the Puget Sound region. Kathy began her career as a Policy Analyst for the Metropolitan King County Council, providing analysis for various legislative committees. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Washington and a graduate degree from the Public Affairs Council’s Public Affairs Institute.
