Tom Jablonsky

Tom Jablonsky, MBA, is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain management. Currently serving as Vice President Operations at Crown Holdings, Inc. since January 2024, Tom previously held key leadership roles, including Vice President of Operations at Refresco North America and Vice President of Manufacturing at ALPLA Group. Tom's extensive experience at Crown Holdings, Inc. includes overseeing a manufacturing network with thousands of employees and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Tom's career also includes significant roles at Crown Cork and Seal and Cardone Industries, where expertise in lean manufacturing and production systems was developed. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Toledo and an MBA from Holy Family University.
