David Krinitt

David Krinitt is a seasoned professional in learning and development with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Learning and Development at CrunchTime! since July 2015, David has been instrumental in creating and implementing strategies that enhance user experience both internally and externally. Prior to this role, David held positions including Director of Learning and Development and Training Manager at CrunchTime!, where responsibilities encompassed classroom training and online learning administration. David's career also includes significant roles at Savant Systems as Director of Training & Instructional Design and at Tweeter Home Entertainment Group, where contributions spanned programming, training, and system design. Additional experience in education is marked by roles as a Drama Teacher at The Boston Conservatory and Stonehill College. David holds a Master of Music degree from the Boston Conservatory at Berklee and a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Colorado Boulder.
