Pierre Verstraeten is the Founder and CEO of People-Growth Consulting, S.L., where the focus is on guiding leaders and scale-ups through their transformation journey. Verstraeten possesses extensive experience in HR leadership and coaching, having co-founded Atscale and served as CHRO (Interim) at Spendesk, where significant achievements included raising €200 million and implementing a coaching culture. Active in various investment roles, Verstraeten is a Founding Member at Shares, Board Member at wavveup, and has been an Operator Angel and Investor in multiple organizations. Educational qualifications include a Mastère Spécialisé in International Project Management from ESCP Business School and a degree from TBS Education.
