Ana excelled in conducting leadership assessments, designing training workshops, and developing customized solutions for clients. During their time at Humance, they also served as a Key Account Manager.

Ana's next career move was as the Director of Human Resources & Communications at Groupe MITO from 2015 to 2017. Here, they managed the HR and communication functions of the company. Following this, they joined VYV corporation as the Director of Corporate Services, overseeing finance, legal, talent, and partnership aspects of the company's international development.

Currently, Ana is serving as the Chief Learning and Development Officer & Organizational Psychologist at Crysalia. Ana'srole involves assisting enterprising families with their family capital management, promoting individual growth, family connectivity, and generational legacy.
