Ana Gavrancic, D.Ps. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of organizational psychology. Ana started their career as a Research Assistant at the Université de Sherbrooke in 2005, where they gained experience in conducting research. Ana then interned as an Organizational Psychology Intern at Cirque du Soleil in 2008. Following this, they worked as an Organizational Psychology Consultant at the Centre universitaire de santé McGill | McGill University Health Centre from 2008 to 2011.
In 2011, Ana joined Humance | Culture & Performance as an Organizational Psychologist, where they worked with various companies in sectors such as banking, transport, and healthcare. Ana excelled in conducting leadership assessments, designing training workshops, and developing customized solutions for clients. During their time at Humance, they also served as a Key Account Manager.
Ana's next career move was as the Director of Human Resources & Communications at Groupe MITO from 2015 to 2017. Here, they managed the HR and communication functions of the company. Following this, they joined VYV corporation as the Director of Corporate Services, overseeing finance, legal, talent, and partnership aspects of the company's international development.
Currently, Ana is serving as the Chief Learning and Development Officer & Organizational Psychologist at Crysalia. Ana'srole involves assisting enterprising families with their family capital management, promoting individual growth, family connectivity, and generational legacy.
