Ana Ticman, MBA, currently serves as the Test Practice Lead at CS Energy, where responsibilities include overseeing software and infrastructure testing, managing test teams, and promoting quality standards across the organization. Previously, as Lead Test Engineer at Plotlogic, Ana implemented ISO-compliant quality management systems and developed comprehensive test strategies for various projects. Prior experience includes roles at Planit Testing, where Ana held responsibilities for leading digital test teams and creating testing documentation, as well as serving in administrative capacities at the Queensland Maritime Museum Association. Ana holds a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Management from De La Salle University and an MBA from the University of the Philippines.
