Arthur Hsu

Arthur Hsu is a seasoned expert in computational genomics with extensive experience spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as Senior Manager in Computational Genomics and Platforms at CSL since February 2019, Arthur has held various roles within the organization including Senior Scientist and Bioinformatics Scientist. Prior to CSL, Arthur worked at the University of Melbourne from June 2013 to February 2019 as Senior Research Fellow/Clinical Bioinformatician and Senior Research Fellow in Genomic Medicine. Arthur's early career included a position as a Bioinformatics Research Scientist at the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research from May 2008 to May 2013, with a focus on next-generation sequencing data analysis in cancer genomes, transcriptomes, and non-model organisms. At the University of Melbourne from March 2006 to May 2008, Arthur contributed as a Research Fellow in Data Mining, specializing in e-Research and metagenomic sequence binning. Arthur holds a PhD in Engineering from the University of Melbourne.
