Justin Hardingham

Justin Hardingham has extensive experience in procurement and sourcing management, currently serving as Associate Director of Services and Consultancy Sourcing at CSL Behring since November 2019, after holding the position of Global Category Manager for Facilities & Indirects. As Director at Hardingham Enterprises since March 2020, Justin also brings a rich background from the Major Transport Infrastructure Authority and Melbourne Water, where responsibilities included managing significant sourcing events and category reviews, generating substantial savings. Earlier roles at LeasePlan, AXA, and BMW Group contributed to a strong foundation in category strategy development and vendor management, supported by a double degree in Commerce and Business Systems from Monash University.
