Nidhi Chaudhary

Nidhi Chaudhary, MBA, SPHR, CPHR, currently serves as the Head of Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at CSL since July 2022. Previously, Nidhi held multiple significant HR leadership roles, including Global HRBP & DEI Leader and Global HR Leader at DuPont and DowDuPont respectively. Nidhi has extensive experience in strategic HR consulting as President of Total HRM Solutions LLC, and has supported global operations in various capacities at CB&I, Halliburton, and other organizations. Nidhi's career highlights include driving HR strategy and operations, enhancing organizational efficiency, and fostering talent development across diverse sectors. Nidhi holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Lucknow.
