Eduardo Alonso, P.E., has extensive experience in structural engineering, currently serving as Project-Design Engineer-Structural at CST Industries, Inc. since June 2010, where responsibilities include the structural design of over 300 aluminum dome/space trusses for oil and water projects. Prior to this role, Eduardo worked as a Design Engineer-Structural at BP Consulting Engineers, focusing on various structural projects in the Los Angeles area. Early career experience includes a position as a Junior Engineer at Diseños Hidraulicos y Ambientales in Spain, where significant contributions were made to the expansion of a Water Treatment Plant in Panama City. Additionally, as a Graduate Researcher at the Polytechnic University of Madrid, research was conducted on reinforced concrete that influenced European structural code development. Eduardo holds both a BSCE and MSCE in Civil and Structural Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
