Emily Hession

Emily Hession, CPA, currently serves as a Senior SEC Reporting Analyst at CSX since September 2020, where previous roles included Senior Internal Auditor II and Senior Internal Auditor I focused on SOX compliance. Prior to CSX, Emily worked at Fortegra from May 2016 to September 2020 as a Senior Internal Auditor and participated in a Leadership Development Program. Emily's career began with an internship as an Internal Audit Analyst at Proven 1 Fire & Security, Inc., where responsibilities included billing and vendor management. Additionally, Emily audited purchasing cards as a P-Card Auditor at the University of North Florida. Academic credentials include an MBA in Accounting and a BBA in Accounting from the University of North Florida, complemented by an AA in Accounting from Seminole State College of Florida.
