Pat Dearing

Pat Dearing is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in global benefits management and human resources leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President of Global Human Resources at CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services, Pat has previously held key positions as Sr. Director of Global Benefits at Convergys Corporation and Director of Benefits at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. Pat holds an MBA in Business from Xavier University and a degree from the University of Cincinnati's Carl H. Lindner College of Business.
