Mike Morales, CPA, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Composite Technology International, Inc. since May 2022. Prior roles include Chief Financial and Operations Officer at Vector Laboratories, Inc., and Head of Finance (CFO) and Operations at Sony Biotechnology Inc., where responsibilities extended to finance, accounting, and business operations. At Kite Pharma, Mike directed a financial planning and analysis team for manufacturing operations and played a key role in strategic development. During a 16-year tenure at Amgen, Mike held various finance management positions, significantly impacting financial consolidation and cost reduction initiatives. Previous experience includes roles at Avery Dennison, General Motors, and Ernst & Young, LLP, focusing on financial audits and corporate governance. Mike holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras.
