Amit Ghia has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Amit currently serves as the Senior Director of Product Management at Origence, formerly known as CU Direct, since March 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Product Management at the same company from December 2019 to March 2022.
Before joining Origence, Amit served as the Director of Product at loanDepot from April 2017 to December 2019.
Prior to their roles in the financial industry, they worked at Local.com as a Sr. Product Manager, Marketing and BI Platforms from December 2014 to April 2017. In this role, they were responsible for managing reporting suites, optimizing paid search initiatives, and leading a team of offshore engineers.
Amit also gained experience in product marketing and business intelligence at Outlook Amusements, where they held the positions of Product Marketing Manager from September 2014 to December 2014 and Product Manager - BI and Platform from March 2012 to September 2014.
Before their time at Outlook Amusements, they served as a Product Manager, Marketing Optimization at LowerMyBills from December 2010 to March 2012, focusing on enhancing digital efforts in display and SEM marketing.
Amit began their career as a business systems analyst at Rent.com from August 2008 to December 2010. Prior to that, they worked as a business analyst at athenahealth from March 2006 to August 2008.
Their early work experience includes roles as a data analyst at ICE from 2005 to 2006, and as a fixed assets accountant at Edwards from 2004 to 2005.
Amit Ghia completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Strategy at the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a bachelor's degree in Finance and Information Systems at the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 2002 to 2004.
