Andrea Prudente

Andrea Prudente is an experienced Energy and Sustainability Manager at CubeSmart, with a strong background in managing utility budgets, energy-saving initiatives, and ESG reporting. Since joining CubeSmart in March 2010, Andrea has overseen budget analysis for over 7,800 utility accounts and has managed nationwide commodity purchasing, while also serving in various roles such as Facility Services Coordinator and Sales Center Team Lead. Prior experience includes positions at Kenexa as an Assistant Marketing Manager and Project Liaison, where responsibilities included managing marketing activities and coordinating talent acquisition projects. Additionally, roles at Capital Blue Cross included provider contracting and small group sales coordination. Andrea holds a degree in Communications and Applied Technology from Drexel University and has further education from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College.
