Neil Evans is an experienced professional in engineering, project management, and operations within the energy sector. Currently serving as the General Manager for Serial Production and Technology Development and General Manager of Operations at CUEL Limited since March 2021, Neil’s responsibilities encompass engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and project management. Prior to this, Neil held multiple roles at CUEL Ltd. in Thailand from January 2004 to March 2021, including Deputy General Manager Operations and Project Management Division Manager, overseeing significant EPIC projects averaging over $450 million annually. Neil's earlier experience includes serving as a Project Engineer at Unocal Thailand Limited and an Associate at Arup, where Neil contributed to major energy projects such as the Malampaya concrete gravity structure and the Sual Power Station in the Philippines. Neil holds a 2.1 degree in Engineering Science from Durham University, completed in 1990.
