Artūras Jonkus

Art Gillespie is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology and autonomous vehicle sectors. Currently serving as a Member of Technical Staff at Odyssey since November 2023, Gillespie previously held senior engineering management positions at Cruise, where responsibilities included overseeing autonomous vehicle remote platforms and remote assistance systems. Prior roles include leading the development of a teleoperations solution at Voyage, serving as CEO at trainify.io, and directing engineering at Udacity during a significant growth phase. Gillespie's career also includes impactful roles at Google and Nest Labs, where leadership of the apps teams contributed to major consumer electronics advancements, and co-founding Passpop. Educational credentials include studies at Belmont University and Murray State University.
