Abhishek Ojha

Abhishek Ojha is an experienced Cost Manager and estimator with a solid background in construction management and civil engineering. Currently serving as a Cost Manager at Cumming Group since December 2022, Abhishek oversees cost management for the Morgan Stanley project. Previous roles include Cost Manager at JLL and Estimator/Assistant Project Manager at THINK Construction, with a focus on luxury apartment and townhouse projects. Abhishek's experience also encompasses cost estimating at VJ Associates, where responsibilities included detailed estimates and bid analysis for extensive construction projects, and positions as Assistant Project Manager at The Holder Group, Project Management Intern at UA Builders Group, and Intern at CHINA CONSTRUCTION AMERICA. Abhishek holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Construction Management) from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
