Carole O'Neil serves as the Managing Partner at Cundall since April 2007, initially joining as Human Resources Director to develop an HR strategy supporting the company's international growth. Under Carole's leadership, the firm expanded from 450 to nearly 1,000 employees across 21 global offices. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Watson Burton LLP, where Carole established a new HR function during the firm's expansion, and as Human Resource Development Manager at Dickinson Dees, providing comprehensive HR services and creating an award-winning training program. Carole holds an MA in Law from the University of Oxford, an MSc in Training from the University of Leicester, and several qualifications in occupational and psychometric testing as well as company direction from the Institute of Directors.
