Kate Brodock

Kate Brodock serves as a General Partner at W Fund, where the focus is on investing in early-stage, tech-enabled startups led by women and underrepresented founders. Additionally, Kate is the CEO of Switch, a company dedicated to fostering a more inclusive innovation economy. With a long tenure as an Entrepreneur in Residence and mentor at Techstars, Kate remains actively involved in supporting emerging entrepreneurs. Investment roles include positions with round21, Goal Five, and EnrichHER, aiming to empower innovative brands and provide capital to women entrepreneurs. As a board member for Curastory and Haloo, Kate contributes to shaping the strategic direction of these organizations. Kate holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from Emory University and a dual master's degree in Security Studies and Islamic Civilization from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, alongside a BA in History, Political Science, International Relations, and French from the University of Rochester.
