Salena Russell is an experienced project manager currently leading cross-functional product and engineering teams at CURT G. JOA INC. since March 2021, focusing on the development and implementation of new products to align with customer needs. Prior experience includes a diverse range of roles at Kohler Co., spanning from Project Leader for New Product Integration to Supply Management Specialist in Global Faucets NPD and Quality Project Analyst. Salena Russell began professional education at Lakeland University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Chemistry, and later obtained a Professional Certification in Quality Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
