Yasir Khan

Yasir Khan is an accomplished medical professional specializing in oncology, currently serving as Head of Medical Specialties and Head of the Oncology Department at Peel Health Campus since September 2021. In addition to roles at St John of God Health Care Midlands and GenesisCare as a Medical Oncologist, Yasir Khan is also an Adjunct Clinical Senior Lecturer at Curtin University. Previous experience includes positions as a Medical Oncologist at Icon Group and a locum Medical Oncologist at Royal Perth Hospital, as well as a Clinical Research Fellow at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust. Training includes Medical Oncology Advanced Trainee roles at Fiona Stanley Hospital and Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, and foundational experience as a Basic Physician Trainee and Resident Medical Officer. Yasir Khan earned an MBBS from the University of Health Sciences Lahore and is pursuing an FRACP in Medical Oncology through The Royal Australasian College of Physicians.
