Jeremy Parr

Jeremy has worked as a London-based international corporate lawyer for the last 30 years and is a partner at Allen & Overy LLP. He has wide experience of advising on corporate governance and risk management issues. He is the chair of the board of trustees of Allen & Overy’s staff pension schemes in the UK. He has a long-standing interest in the arts and education. He serves on the board of trustees of the Theatre Royal Haymarket Masterclass Trust, a charity focussed on helping young people develop their careers in the art and craft of theatre. He is an independent governor on the board of London South Bank University and a member of its major projects & investment committee. He is also chair of its remuneration committee. He also serves on the board of trustees of Enham Trust, a charity for the disabled.
