Marie-Claire Peakman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience at Pfizer, where roles have included Partner for Pfizer Ventures, Executive Director in Emerging Science & Innovation, and various leadership positions in Medicine Design and pharmacology research. Peakman has successfully led the Primary Pharmacology Group and the Lead Generation Group, focusing on high throughput screening and in vitro pharmacology for cardiovascular, metabolic, and endocrine diseases. In addition to contributions at Pfizer, Peakman serves on the boards of several biotech companies, including Curve Therapeutics, Mozart Therapeutics, Grey Wolf Therapeutics, and DEM Biopharma. Educational credentials include a PhD in Physiology and Pharmacology from the University of Nottingham and a BPharm (Hons) in Pharmacy from the same institution, complemented by studies at Yale School of Medicine.
