Brad Zukowski

Brad Zukowski is an experienced GIS professional with a robust background in geographic information systems. Currently serving as GIS Manager at Cushman & Wakefield since November 2018, Brad has advanced through various roles including Principal GIS Analyst - Region Lead and Senior GIS Analyst. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Brad worked as a GIS Analyst at CBRE and held positions at SRS Real Estate Partners as both Senior GIS Research Consultant and GIS Research Consultant. In addition to practical experience, Brad completed an internship as a GIS Analyst with Greater Muncie Habitat for Humanity, where mapping projects supported property acquisition efforts. Brad earned a Bachelor of Science in Geography/GIS from Ball State University and has foundational education from Carthage College and Libertyville High School. Expertise includes the use of ESRI products to create maps that analyze competition, land usage, demographics, and drive times, specifically supporting 14 brokers across Florida.
