Hoi Yu Tang

Hoi Yu Tang is an experienced professional in machine learning and data science, currently serving as the Director of Machine Learning at CWT since May 2019, after previously holding the position of Machine Learning Engineer. Prior to this role, Hoi Yu Tang worked at Sky from September 2013 to May 2019 as a Data Scientist within the Insight & Decision Science team, and also served as a Lead Analyst in the Analytics Hub. Earlier experience includes working as a Lead Quantitative Developer and a Data Analytics Research Assistant at Onzo Ltd. from September 2010 to August 2013, as well as part-time sales positions at Sigma Sports and Evans Cycles (UK) Ltd. Hoi Yu Tang began professional training as a Science Technician at Greenford High School in 2010. Hoi Yu Tang holds a PhD in Physics from UCL, where studies were completed between 2004 and 2009, and also earned a Master of Science in Physics from UCL from 2000 to 2004.
