Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at CybeReady, Shai previously held positions such as Head of Presales & Customer Success at One AI and Principal Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Genesys, where a multifaceted approach to customer satisfaction and retention was implemented. With a track record of managing multi-million-dollar renewal books of business, Shai has also held significant roles at LogMeIn, nanoRep, RSA, Allot Communications, Comverse, NICE, and ATL, leading complex global projects and presale initiatives. Shai's educational background includes a Project Management Professional diploma from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and a BA in GIS from Bar-Ilan University.
