Andrew Forssman

Andrew Forssman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Andrew started their career as an Executive Director at Forz Construction in 1989 and held the position until 2004. From 1989 to 2004, they also worked as a Financial Director and Sales Executive at Kya Towers Investments (Pty) Ltd, where they were involved in property investment, development, and construction projects.

In 2004, Forssman joined Saicom Group as the Chief Operating Officer, later becoming the Chief Executive Officer in 2010. Saicom Group is a telecommunications company.

In 2014, they moved to Paycorp Holdings, where they served as the Business Development Executive for Africa and a member of the Paycorp Group EXCO. Paycorp is a payment solutions provider operating across multiple countries in Africa.

Forssman then joined Teim Ventures in 2004 as the Chief Operating Officer. Teim Ventures is a private equity partnership that invests in early-stage startups and mature businesses. Andrew held this position until 2014.

In 2011, Forssman joined Kazang as a Director and member of the EXCO. Andrew later became the Executive Chairman. Kazang is a leader in prepaid value-added services in southern Africa.

Lastly, Forssman is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Cybersmart, a leading Internet Service Provider and Fibre Network Owner in South Africa. Andrew has been with the company since September 2016.

Andrew Forssman attended the University of the Witwatersrand from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Legal) degree. This program focused on the study of commerce and law.
