Currently serving as Co-Founder at CyberUpgrade since September 2023, Algirdas focuses on assisting SMEs in bridging the gap between cybersecurity and compliance. Previously, as a Partner at Market Rats and Flanco, Algirdas contributed to the development of innovative solutions for workspace management. The entrepreneurial journey began with co-founding OSOS, a custom web development service provider, followed by roles at Serfy and My Basics, where Algirdas was pivotal in launching e-commerce initiatives. Early career experience includes sales management at AdNet and project management at Apple VAD Baltic. Algirdas holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from ISM University of Management and Economics.
