Ricardo Cházaro is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in plant management, operations, maintenance, and project management. Currently serving as Plant Manager and General & Operations Superintendent at CyPlus Idesa since July 2015, Ricardo has developed operating standards and implemented processes to optimize plant efficiency. Previously held roles include Maintenance & Project Superintendent and Project Superintendent at CyPlus Idesa, as well as Marketing Product Manager at Endress+Hauser Group, where Ricardo successfully introduced new technologies to the Mexican market. Additional experience includes roles at COE Press Equipment, Rockwell Automation, and Gollek Interamericas Kellogg. Ricardo holds multiple degrees, including an MBA specialized in Project Management from Universidad de las Américas Puebla, and has pursued advanced business education from institutions such as IPADE Business School and Yale School of Management. Currently, Ricardo is working toward a Master's in Corporate Finance at Universidad de las Américas Puebla.

CyPlus Idesa
CyPlus Idesa is a joint venture between German Evonik and Mexican Grupo IDESA. The sodium cyanide plant has a capacity of 40,000 metric tons and uses state-of-the-art hydrocyanic acid and cyanide technologies. Special attention was dedicated to the compliance of all environmental and safety regulations ensuring that production of sodium cyanide complies with the provisions of the "International Cyanide Management Code" (ICMC).
