Jessica joined CHLDC in 2022 as their Director of Community Development. Jessica manages their affordable housing development/preservation, asset management, community planning, Verde, and emergency response work. Jessica has years of housing experience both at the citywide level at the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development and at the local level. Jessica also has a background in youth development.
