Dale E. Shuster

Dale Shuster is a seasoned professional in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Precision Medicine at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. since June 2019. With a robust background in research and development, Dale previously held the position of Vice President at Daiichi Sankyo Pharma Development from November 2010 to June 2019 and has also served as Executive Director and Senior Director of Clinical Development Oncology. Prior to joining Daiichi Sankyo, Dale contributed to Eisai Medical Research and Eisai Inc. as Director of Oncology from 2005 to 2010, and held roles at Schering-Plough as a Research Fellow from 1998 to 2005. Dale's career began at American Cyanamid as Product Development Manager from 1992 to 1998. Educationally, Dale holds a degree from the University of Kentucky, attained between 1983 and 1987.
