Christina Gutiérrez-Williams is a culinary professional with extensive experience in research and development, particularly in plant-based cuisine. Currently serving as Senior Director of Culinary R&D at Daily Harvest since October 2021, Christina previously held the position of Director of Culinary Development at Thistle, where responsibilities included overseeing recipe innovation, menu design, and cross-functional collaboration for product launches. Christina has created hundreds of new dishes and beverages, led the culinary development team through venture capital funding rounds, and managed departmental budgets. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Food Culture & Communications with a focus on sustainability from the University of Gastronomic Sciences and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Romance Languages from the University of Notre Dame.
