Melanie Costello

Melanie Costello is a finance professional with extensive experience in strategic initiatives and client success. Currently serving as the Manager of PMO & Strategic Initiatives at DailyPay, Inc. since August 2021, Melanie previously held the position of Senior Client Success Manager. Prior to this role, Melanie worked at BNY Mellon from June 2019 to August 2021 as a Senior Specialist/VP in Financial Planning & Analysis, focusing on financial planning and analysis to drive strategic decisions. Melanie's experience also includes positions at Goldman Sachs from June 2014 to June 2019, where responsibilities encompassed client onboarding and middle office support across various roles. Melanie began the professional career at Bank of America as a GWIM Summer Analyst in 2013. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Rutgers University, attended the University of Delaware in 2010-2011, and completed studies from 2011 to 2014.
