Marc Carlton

Marc Carlton is an accomplished Senior Corporate Legal Counsel at Daimler Trucks North America since July 2019, specializing in product litigation and managing serious injury and death cases across the United States, along with property damage and warranty issues in the U.S. and Canada. Prior to this role, Marc served as a Partner at Lewis Brisbois from June 2015 to June 2019, focusing on the trucking and transportation industry and managing asbestos litigation and product litigation cases. Earlier experience includes being a Member at Williams Kastner from 2002 to June 2015, where litigation spanned products liability, trucking, refuse, asbestos, and dram-shop issues, and an Attorney at James, Urrutia & Carlton, P.C. from 1999 to 2001. Marc obtained a law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Oregon.
