Sheila Paggen has a diverse work experience in the field of e-commerce. Sheila started their career at Best Buy in 2003, where they held various roles including Senior Demand Planning Analyst and E-commerce Promotions Manager. Sheila then moved to Deluxe Corporation as a Senior Manager, overseeing customer experience improvements for two websites. After that, they joined Lifetouch as an E-commerce Product Manager, where they led the delivery of site improvements and managed A/B testing and usability studies. Sheila then returned to Best Buy as an Associate Director, Product Management, leading the Product Management Group and focusing on scheduling and tracking appointments. Currently, they are the Director of E-commerce at Dakota Supply Group. Overall, Sheila has extensive experience in customer experience optimization, project management, and product development.
Sheila Paggen has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Marketing and Management, Finance from Concordia University-St. Paul. Sheila also has completed a Mini Masters program at the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business. In addition to their formal education, Sheila has obtained certifications including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
