Carol Sprenger

Carol Sprenger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology management and employee development. Currently serving as Manager of Design and Development at Daktronics since October 2011, Carol leads research on new technologies and oversees the implementation of learning systems while enhancing training teams' cohesion. Previous roles at Daktronics included Manager of Knowledge Development, where oversight encompassed employee knowledge development and collaboration with product and sales teams. Notably, Carol held key positions at the National Basketball Association, including Director of In Arena Technology and Event Management, where responsibilities involved managing event support staff and maintaining relationships with NBA teams and venues. With additional experience in sales roles at Daktronics and Wells Fargo Financial, Carol holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics and Consumer Affairs from South Dakota State University.
