Melissa Phillips, MA, BCBA, has over a decade of experience in the field of behavior analysis. Since July 2014, Melissa has held multiple roles at Damar Services, Inc., including Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), ABA Clinical Training Director, and Program Manager. Prior to this, Melissa worked as an ABA Therapist at The Applied Behavior Center for Autism from July 2010 to June 2014 and as a Line Therapist at the Wisconsin Early Autism Project from June 2009 to July 2010. Melissa earned a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in 2018, completed coursework for the BCaBA at the Florida Institute of Technology in 2013, and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 2010.
