Matthijs Richelle is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the maritime sector, currently serving as Project Manager for SAP Implementation at Damen since September 2011. This role involves leading the implementation and coordination of a new ERP system while managing transitions at both management and operational levels. Matthijs has held various positions at Damen, including Service Line Manager, Service Development Manager, Project Manager Services, and Project Engineer Services. Prior to Damen, Matthijs worked as a Commissioning Engineer at Damen Yachting, focusing on the commissioning of Amels Super Yachts, and as a Field Service Engineer at TOS. Matthijs holds a degree in Maritime Officer from HZ University of Applied Sciences and has pursued additional studies in Maritime Technology at Delft University of Technology.
