Michael Nolan BSc, MIMarEST is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the UK Service Hub Manager at Damen since January 2021. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a Principal Maintenance Engineer at BAE Systems, focusing on the Queen Elizabeth Class Aircraft Carriers, and served as a Field Service Engineer for Damen Shipyards Group. Michael's career began in the Royal Navy, where responsibilities included training and engineering administration, and technical engineering management, contributing significantly to mechanical and electrical maintenance onboard naval vessels. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and Management Studies from the University of Portsmouth and a BTEC from HMS Sultan School of Marine Engineering.
