Alexander worked at Damstra Technology as a Project Manager starting in 2022.

Prior to that, they held various roles at nbn™ Australia from 2017 to 2022. These roles include National Accreditation Lead, Accreditation Specialist, and Network Engineer. As the National Accreditation Lead, they were responsible for implementing SAFe principles and ways of working in the Workforce, Training, and Enablement team. Alexander focused on delivering value effectively and efficiently through an iterative process and continuous improvement.

In 2017, they worked at recoveriescorp as a Collection Officer, where they specialized in early-stage collection interactions and demonstrated exceptional customer service and conflict management skills.

From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Apple as a Technical Specialist, utilizing their advanced knowledge of iOS and macOS to diagnose and resolve customer issues in a fast-paced customer service environment.

Additionally, they have a background in events and theater. Alexander was the Director of Alex Casanova Event Services from 2011 to 2015, where they provided boutique event and theatrical technical services. Alexander also worked as a Venue Technician at Playbill Venues from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, they held various roles such as Technical Operator at Melbourne City Ballet, Technical Director at Burning Bush Theatre Company, and Production Manager at Marist College North Shore.

In 2012, Alexander enrolled at the University of Technology Sydney and pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Communication (Social Inquiry) as well as a Bachelor of Laws. Alexander dedicated himself to these degrees until 2017.

During their time at the University of Technology Sydney, Alexander also took a short course at Stanford University in 2015. The course was an introduction to computer networking.

After completing their degrees at the University of Technology Sydney, Alexander continued their education at RMIT University in 2017. Alexander embarked on a Bachelor of Information Technology, which they are expected to complete in 2022.

In terms of additional certifications, Alexander obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in August 2021.
